Life is a whirlwind of change and new beginnings. I started my journey with yoga in New York City, it has been a lifeline for me. It became a reliable way to feel grounded in my body and calm my mind no matter where I was.

That profound connection between mind and body is why I teach, viewing yoga as an ongoing practice of returning to yourself. My goal is to help you see what I continuously experience: the power of yoga to anchor you in the present moment.
